1. Neurological Rehabilitation
Includes rehabilitation for, among others: patients undergoing treatment for disc herniation (discopathy), recovery after ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke, post-neurosurgical rehabilitation, neurodegenerative diseases, Parkinson’s disease, and Multiple sclerosis.
Stroke Rehabilitation
Stroke rehabilitation is provided as part of our neurological rehabilitation program. The centre accepts patients recovering from both ischemic and hemorrhagic strokes, offering treatment on both an inpatient and outpatient basis.
Medical assessment and qualification – each patient is evaluated by a rehabilitation physician and a neurologist, who assess motor impairments, speech difficulties, and cognitive deficits.
Individualized treatment plan – a rehabilitation program is tailored to the patient’s specific needs and may include:
- Kinesiotherapy (therapeutic exercise)
- Gait and balance training
- Upper limb therapy
- Exercises aimed at improving independence in daily activities
- Neurological rehabilitation supported by specialized rehabilitation equipment
Daily rehabilitation sessions – patients participate in regular therapy sessions under the supervision of experienced physiotherapists. Spinal Injury Rehabilitation
Preparing patients for independent living is particularly important following spinal cord injuries or major spinal surgeries. The primary goal of rehabilitation is to help patients regain the highest possible level of independence in their daily activities.
The rehabilitation program is tailored to the type of injury or condition, including:
- Disc herniation (discopathy) and neurosurgical treatment
- Spinal fractures
- Spinal cord injuries
- Recovery following spinal surgery
Daily therapy may include:
- Strengthening exercises and core stabilization training
- Verticalization and gait training
- Balance training
- Exercises to improve limb function and mobility
- Pain management therapy
- Rehabilitation supported by specialized therapeutic equipment
